Marwan Hammouri
President
Marwan Hammouri joined Triumph Structures - Wichita
on March 3, 2000. He is a graduate of Yarmouk University in Jordan with
a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a Masters in Engineering Management
Science from Wichita State University. He provides 10 years of
successful manufacturing executive experience with an emphasis on
business growth and profitability through efficient operation. Marwan is
an experienced “hands on” manager in aspects of our manufacturing
operations including estimating, engineering, manufacturing, and quality
as well as sales and finance.
Steve Chartrand
Director of Operations
Steve Chartrand joined
Triumph Structures - Wichita
in May of 2007. He
graduated from UW Eau Claire with an Associates Degree in Machine Tool,
and has completed formal Journeyman Machinist education and training. He
has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from UW Madison, and has
over 20 years of manufacturing experience in Supervision, Mfg
Engineering, Programming, and Project Management.
Bobbie Fisher
Director of Quality
Bobbie joined Triumph Structures - Wichita on 10/18/2004. She is a graduate of Friends University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Quality. She holds an MBA from Wichita State University.
She has been in the Aerospace field for over
20 years. She has been in the Quality Assurance field for seven of those years.
Bobbie is experienced in ISO and AS9100 and instrumental in achieving and maintaining Certification for several Aerospace companies.
She holds a Provisional Auditor Certificate through Gladhill Associates International. She has attended and completed numerous seminars and training sessions related to the fields of Management, Quality, ISO and AS9100.
Craig Leonard
Controller /
Human Resources
Craig Leonard joined Triumph Structures -
Wichita on 12/16/96. He graduated from Wichita State University, B.B.A.,
with an emphasis in Accounting. Craig’s finance career spans 34 years of
progressively responsible experience in accounting and finance, including
20 years as Controller/CFO. 18 years of this experience has been in
aerospace manufacturing.
His experience encompasses cash management,
loan negotiations, human resources, quality assurance, MRP II, purchasing,
contract negotiations and administration, and all accounting functions.
Craig is proficient in a number of data management software packages.
Jeffrey Westeman
Director of Technology &
Business Services
Jeff Westeman joined Triumph
Structures - Wichita on 04/01/91. He attended Wichita State University, with 3 years undergraduate study in Business Administration and Computer Science. Jeff provides
over 25 years of experience in Project Management, Systems Administration, and manufacturing methodologies.
In November of 2004, Jeff received his Accelerated Improvement Workshop Leader Certification from Boeing
Integrated Defense System, and in June 2005, Jeff was awarded the first
Supply Chain Management Lean Production Coach Certification by Boeing
Commercial Airplanes - Wichita Division.
He is a
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) through APICS and a Six Sigma
Green Belt.
Richard Kingsland
Quality Assurance Manager
Richard joined Triumph Structures - Wichita on 7/17/00. He is a graduate of Kansas Newman College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has been in the Quality Assurance field for over 25 years. He has been a Quality Manager in aerospace manufacturing as well as an FAA Certified Repair Station. He held an FAA Repairman’s certificate at the Repair Station. He is experienced with machined parts manufacturing, sheet metal manufacturing, and major and minor assembly operations.
He has worked with commercial aircraft manufacturers as well as military aerospace organizations and programs. He has attended and completed numerous seminars and training sessions on topics such as JIT, FAA/JAA Requirements, Advanced Manufacturing Techniques, and Statistical Process Control.
Arthur Bohlman
Production Manager
Art Bohlman was hired by BancTec on 8/21/88 to manage the production operations at its metal fabrication facility in Maryland, and was one of a few employees transferred in 1995 to work for
Triumph Structures - Wichita after Triumph Structures - Wichita purchased that facility. Art completed 1½ years of undergraduate study at University of Maryland in Business Administration.
With 25 years of machine shop and metal fabrication/electronics supervisory and management experience, including material control, Art has the proven knowledge and ability to manage a production department. He is computer proficient, with a strong background in implementation and utilization of JIT, MRP, and Lean Manufacturing systems. Art completed Crosby’s Total Quality Management System program in Winter Park Florida.
Corky Howell
Customer Service Manager
Corky Howell joined Triumph Structures -
Wichita on 2/02/98. Early in his career, he undertook some undergraduate study at Wichita State University, in Accounting and Business Management.
More importantly, Corky provides over 30 years experience in hands-on customer service, management, and machine shop ownership, primarily in aircraft machining. Other relevant experience includes operations management, purchasing management, aircraft estimating, and production planning.
Nick Reinke
Program
Manager
Nick Reinke joined
Triumph Structures – Wichita in
August 2006. He has
over 10 years in the Aerospace Industry
with a strong emphasis in structural
machining of flight
critical parts.
Nick has 3 years of Under Graduate studies
in Finance and Business Administration.
Additionally, he has completed training sessions on Project Management,
Lean Manufacturing,
and Six Sigma.
Denise Pinales
Program Manager
Denise Pinales joined Triumph Structures - Wichita in November of
2006. Denise has a diverse and strong leadership background in the
aerospace industry, with over 12 years experience as a supervisor in
Lay-up and Assembly, Shipping, Purchasing, Receiving, and Inventory
Control.
Denise has a degree in Computer Programming, and undergraduate study
in Accounting from Brown Mackie College.
Pam Holt
Plant 2 Manager
Pam Holt joined Triumph
Structures - Wichita in February 1998. She has over 16 years of
Production Scheduling Experience, with a strong background in material
and inventory management, including MRP/MRP II and APICS diciplines.
Pam is skilled in
implementing Engineering Changes into a dynamic production environment,
while utilizing various inventory management techniques to address asset
control.
Mark Williamson
Engineering Manager
Mark Williamson joined
Triumph Structures - Wichita in February 2004. Mark brings over 25 years
of experience in Aerospace job shop machining. His previous work
experience includes responsibility as shop foreman for 10 years and
another 10 years as N/C programming manager. This background has allowed
Mark to learn and perfect machining methods and tooling techniques that
take full advantage of Triumph Structures - Wichita state of the art
equipment.
Mark has also earned a
Green Belt in Six Sigma from General Electric, and has been trained by
Boeing in Lean Manufacturing and facilitator for Kaizan events.
